Information we collect
- Account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider.
- Creative work you choose to save, including writings, drafts, folders, practice history, preferences, progress, and mentor feedback.
- Questions or words you submit to AI Mentor and Word Clarity, together with the responses created for you.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the app, such as error and device information.
Acting recordings
When you record an acting practice, the video is saved to Photos on your device if you grant permission. The Creative Studio does not intentionally upload that video to its cloud storage.
Audio may be compressed and sent securely for transcription and mentor analysis. The resulting transcript and feedback may be saved with your practice. If no usable audio or transcript is available, the mentor does not invent an evaluation.
How we use information
We use your information to operate your account, save your work, personalise exercises, provide mentor feedback, show evidence-based progress, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information or use your creative work for advertising.
AI and service providers
The app relies on trusted providers for authentication, secure cloud storage, app hosting, transcription, and AI features. They process only the information needed to provide those services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations. AI responses can be imperfect, so important decisions should not rely on them alone.
Device permissions
Camera, microphone, Photos, and notification access are requested only when their related feature needs them. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Retention and deletion
Account content is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and its associated cloud data from the account menu in the app. Videos already saved to your Photos library remain under your control on your device.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete information through the app where available, or contact us for help. You may also withdraw optional device permissions or disable notifications through iOS Settings.
