Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must be legally able to use the service.
Your creative work
You keep ownership of the work you create. You give The Creative Studio only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, transcribe, and analyse content so the features you request can work.
You must not upload unlawful content or content that violates another person’s rights.
AI mentor guidance
AI-generated exercises, feedback, and answers are creative guidance, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Results may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for how you use them.
Subscriptions
Some features may require an auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period, and any introductory trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Deleting the app or your Creative Studio account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security, interfere with other users, automate abusive requests, or use the app in a way that harms the service or its providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Studio calm and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as the Studio develops. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
Ending use
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
